CANCELLATION POLICY

ROSE GOLD LASH BOOKING POLICIES 🤍 By booking an appointment with Rose Gold Lash, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following policies. BOOKING FEES A booking fee is required for all full-set appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Rose Gold Lash may also require a booking fee for future appointments at the artist’s discretion, including after a declined card, unpaid cancellation/rescheduling fee, or no-show. If you have been notified that a booking fee is required, your appointment is not secured until the fee has been paid. Once placed on booking-fee-required status, a booking fee will be required for all future appointments unless otherwise determined by your artist. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, regardless of the reason. We completely understand that illness, work, childcare issues, emergencies, and unexpected situations happen. The fee is not based on the reason for the cancellation; it is charged because the appointment time was reserved specifically for you and is difficult to refill on short notice. A valid, unlocked card must remain on file. If your card declines, is locked, or otherwise cannot be charged, the outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. After the first declined or unpaid cancellation/rescheduling fee, a booking fee will be required for all future appointments. NO-SHOWS No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be considered. After a no-show, rebooking is at the discretion of the artist. Paying the outstanding fee does not guarantee that you will be accepted for another appointment. If your artist chooses to welcome you back, a booking fee will be required for all future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. Your appointment is reserved for a specific amount of time and will still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late. For lash appointments, arriving late may result in fewer lashes or a less-full result because your artist will have less time to complete your service. The full scheduled service price still applies. We do not discount services due to a late arrival. If you arrive too late for your artist to reasonably or safely complete the service, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. BY BOOKING WITH US By scheduling an appointment with Rose Gold Lash, you agree to these policies and authorize the card on file to be charged for applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees.
