CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. A 50% booking fee is required for all full sets and for new clients booking lash fills. This booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Existing fill clients may reserve their appointments with a card on file. If a booking fee was paid and the appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window, the booking fee will be applied toward the cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. By booking an appointment with Rose Gold Lash, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies.
