CANCELLATION POLICY

Rose Gold Lash Booking & Cancellation Policy 50% BOOKING FEE A 50% booking fee is required for all appointments at Rose Gold Lash. The booking fee must be paid at the time the appointment is made through our booking website. If the booking fee is not paid, the appointment will be denied and will not be secured. Your 50% booking fee is not an additional charge. It is applied toward the total cost of your service, and the remaining balance will be due at your appointment. A valid credit card is also required to remain on file. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that things happen. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your 50% booking fee will be forfeited. To schedule another appointment, a new 50% booking fee will be required. NO-SHOWS If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your 50% booking fee will be forfeited. A new 50% booking fee will be required before another appointment can be booked. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. You will still be responsible for the full price of the service originally booked. BOOKING AGREEMENT By booking an appointment with Rose Gold Lash and submitting your booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to our booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies.
